I am really excited to hopefully do this with my best friend Katie Gavin when she comes down to Florida!
So a few disclaimers here:
Eating healthy is important to me because I want to feel healthiest and happiest! It's really scary to see the ingredients in everything from baby food to bread and even meat. The food in our grocery stores are full of ingredients that slowly destroy our body and cause a plethora of health problems.
I feed my man what he wants. I buy the groceries with the healthiest ingredients and make delicious meals from scratch. He is not deprived or missing out. and he makes his own independent food choices.
We eat what we are served with family and friends, and enjoy it!
....O.K. So you don't care. I was there with you! It's a journey I cant turn back on.
The proof is in the pudding! If it aint broke don't fix it! Thousands of people who have made the decision to cut out processed foods and dramatically change the food they eat have been healed ( ADHD to cancer)!!!! Well DUH! We eat three times a day, and its not just for our temporary satisfaction- IT KEEPS US ALIVE!
I don't want to just exist- I want to FLOURISH! So if you want to flourish, start researching online about GMOs, toxins and start reading your labels people!
